UPDATE ON Feb 10, 2020. Although MeshMixer confirmed the original STL file was valid, Act7 reported issues with it and made necessary adjustments. He generously tested his revised version and shared it in the Comments section. The printed model will likely require supports, and possibly a significant amount of cleanup unless you decide to cut it into separate parts using a plane.
