I'm having trouble with my train http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1936925 right now. The M3 screws that secure the wheels keep coming loose, so I've had to get creative. To fix this problem, I've started making a thread in the body of the train and then screwing it into place using super glue. This seems to be holding up well so far. One thing that has been helping me out is using a neodymium magnet (I picked one up on 05/03/10) to secure an M5 screw with some super glue. It's not the most elegant solution, but it gets the job done. As for print settings, I've found that using supports really helps keep the wheels in place. Here are my current settings: Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.22mm Infill: 22% Notes: For my wheels, I'm currently using an infill of 75%.
