Steam Engine tank tool
thingiverse
Updated, new version: The Steam Engine tank tool. Inspired by the Kayfun 4, this tool provides a secure grip on your 22 or 23 mm atomizer. Say goodbye to stuck attys and incorrectly unscrewed parts. A previous design of this type was copied and sold by multiple companies in both the USA and China, who falsely claimed it as their own creation. The Chinese manufacturers added some minor features like tweezers at the ends of the wrench handles. Let them have their inferior products. The elegant version 4.5 far surpasses its predecessor. It grips the atomizer more securely. It is more ergonomic in design. It is stronger and more durable. It is lighter in weight. It is easier to print with minimal adjustments. It looks sleeker and more refined. You get the point, so download this tool now. Print at least two copies. If you print 200 or more, consider gifting some away. You'll never have to curse at your atty again or shed a tear in the shower. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker Original Rafts: Yes Supports: No Infill: 100% Notes: Print with thicker walls for maximum strength. ABS may be better for durability, but I only printed mine with PLA. Other tank sizes: Printing tools for atomizers with different diameters For 25 mm atomizers, scale all axes to 1.13 (113%). For 30 mm atomizers, scale all axes to 1.36 (136%) - warning: the tool becomes quite large. For smaller atomizers (less than 22 mm), this design may not work well due to its small size. If you have strong fingers, feel free to try it out.
