steam deck: usb-c port cable strain relief

[there is a remix with a better variant](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5987440) - stronger, two cable angles, still lightweight} useful if you don't like the dangling power cable stressing the usb-c port. or if you have a stand with an usb-c dock with a short and stiff cable (dockteck d00003 7in1 in my case with this nice stand: https://www.printables.com/model/232919-steam-deck-stand-for-dockteck-hub). the popular 90° adapters put even more leverage on the port, so i designed a little helper to make kind of a 180° adapter. it sits close enough on the deck to prevent lots of tension/leverage/turning force. editable source files: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/fb91gJ1aLdb a test print with 0.30 resolution and 5% infill worked, the model in the pictures was printed with 0.10 resolution and 40% infill and ironing and seam in the rear.
