UPDATE: 03.05.2022Testrun is through: Without the Powerpack the Deck made it up to 1 hour 24 minutes before shutting downWith the Powerpack attached it shut off after 2 hours and 28 minutes. It extended the playtime by 1 hour and 4 Minutes which is quite good in my opinion.The performed test was set to draw max power from the Deck ( 27 Watts) which was split up between the internal and the external battery.After finishing the Original Steam Deck Powerpack 18650, I continued with my work making a more lightweight, slim, Lithium polymer fueled version.After several literation's this is now also done.The used single Lipo battery holds 37WHAs there is only one battery cell it does not need balanced cells like in the 18650 Version.Your going to need some superglue to close the lid up and seal it.You also need 2 round magnets 8mm in diameter and 1mm thickness.Print the battery Indicator in a transparent filament and try to separate the single light channels with small pieces of black isolation tape in between so the light from one led does not bleed into the one next to it.As the Powerbank PCB got its own protection circuit for the lipo battery on board you can unsolder the safety circuit directly soldered to the lipo battery contacts and directly connect it to the powerbanks PCB.Fan clamp needs to be printed in heat resistant material.
