This is designed to be printed 100% fill and on the flattest side for optimal overhangs. I rounded the edges which requires supports to look clean but the stem itself requires supports. This is designed for 10 series extrusion. Here is a video: https://www.gamestop.com/gaming-accessories/mounts/nintendo-switch/products/car-headrest-mount-for-nintendo-switch/221653.html For power and accessories, you'll need a powered USB C hub. I recommend getting a few more ports (including ethernet) but this size fit well on the back of the Nintendo clamps: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07Y6F74F1/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 This is a mod to an existing product that is a car seat mount for a Nintendo Switch. You'll need to purchase this prior to printing. The ball joint is printed with little to no tolerance for a strong hold. Even so, overscrewing will soften PLA so print this at 100% fill. I'd recommend polycarbonate over PLA to insure a strong product if your 3D printer can handle the 270C-285C extrusion temp.
