In the past, Steam made their controller design files accessible for everyone to download in various formats such as stp, iges, sat, x_t, pk2, pkg, easm. Some people are worried if it's rightful to share these models; however, they were once part of an open-source project and could be freely downloaded from Valve. To ease downloading, someone has uploaded the files separately, with each format available for individual download.
