I figured out that Mounting plate in its original shape has some issues: 1. Clip from the belt has a collision with mounting plate. 2. Because of too big radius above BL Touch, washer and nut are not perfeclty horizontal with mounting surface. 3. Overal flexible structure of mounting plate. So I made some changes: -- Geometry of the mounting plate near the clip - I turned BL Touch do the left to make more space. -- Additional hole for M5 bolt to make construction more rigid - I use threaded hole where roller is attached. Check and measure your hole, then cut the bolt in right dimension. -- I used threaded inserts M3 to mount the BL Touch fast and easy (nuts and washers added to BLT are too small for my fingers so it was very difficult assembling this). Also I used inserts to hold the front part (with fans). -- Changes in geometry to prevent deflections and create more stiffer element. -------------------------------------------- List of used elements: ** Threaded inserts M3x4 and M3x6 (4mm length for BLT and 6mm to hold the front panel). ** M5 bolt where the threaded part is equal to: Depth of the hole + thichness of mounting plate - (0,5) [mm] Threaded part is a bit shorter to create enough space at the bottom of the hole and eliminate any clearance while mounting. I think 0,5mm is a minimum. You can easly increase it to about 0,7mm or 1mm. It depends on how much force you use to screw it. WARNING: I DO NOT recomend to use this solution when the depth of the hole is too short! The M5 bolt should make two or more whole turns when screw in. If the hole will be too shallow the threaded parts of the bolt or of the hole in MicroSwiss mounting plate could be broken.
