Steady Heat-bed for Prusa i3 Clone (Zonestar/Tronxy/Anet)
thingiverse
I designed this modification to stabilize the heat-bed of my Zonestar P802QR2, matching the consistency of Josef Prusa's Original Prusa i3. The printer comes with standard spring spacers and adjustment wheels for leveling the bed, but I found excessive movement when printing quickly. To address this issue, I created a solution that works effectively. Simply print four small parts and place them over the springs on the M3 screws in the heat-bed corners. Next, lower the heat-bed until you can't turn the adjustment wheel anymore, being cautious not to overtighten as the parts are quite thin. Afterward, level the Z-Axis using the screw on the backside of the left X-axis carriage. If your printer is assembled correctly, it should be relatively level. This design was created with Tinkercad.
