The ITC-1000 is a user-friendly thermostat readily available on Amazon, eBay, and AliExpress for easy control of heating and cooling systems, including fans, up to 10 amps. Additionally, it's sold under various part numbers and marketed as such. This model can serve as a basic template for designing panels and enclosures. I didn't include the panel retention clips in this design. Make sure to allow at least 3mm of clearance around the device to fit the tabs properly. These retention clips can securely attach to panels with thicknesses ranging from under 1mm to 16mm. The recommended hole size for installation is 70mm wide by 29mm tall, leaving a minimum 3mm gap around it for the flange. For easier CAD compatibility, I have exported the model into multiple file formats; please use the one that works best for your needs. This model was designed in Geomagic Design and has metric measurements in millimeters.
