I've always thought an axial fan wasn't the best way to cool my E3D V6, and none of those radial fan adapters really caught my eye. Most were just mismatched collections of parts that looked ugly and put my fan in a poor position. So I came up with this solution. It keeps the mass close to the extruder and X-Axis to minimize shake-induced vibration while significantly improving airflow to the hot-end heat sink. It prints as one piece that fits firmly over your extruder, all you need is a 5015 blower and two M3 mounting screws. Assembly is as simple as sliding it onto your hot-end and attaching your fan. I printed this in PETG with support from the build surface only, the print should be oriented so that all airflow paths are horizontal during printing. There's some bridging involved, but it printed well for me on the first try.
