Achieving transparent 3D prints can be challenging with conventional extruded printers, but combining ABS plastic extrusion and StaX etched clear plastic is feasible. Pause the print process when printing the upper lip of the lid's edge, insert the clear plastic, then resume printing to create a single-piece design that offers a view of its contents.
