STAX SR-Σ - Entire Headband Assembly.

This isn't just a print-and-go kinda thing here. You'll need to prepare. You'll need: 1) Nuts and Bolts for attaching the Yoke to the Band. 2) Original STAX SR- (Screws) or Aftermarket. Print all parts, saw the Nut to the length where it doesn't hinder articulation. I'd give exact dimensions and stuff if I had the time, but I'm really busy right now. Once you've sawn the nut, you can either drill and glue it in the pre-designed hole beneath the band or heat-fuse it, like I have done. The Yoke is designed to fit inside the holes without any screws. The Sigma has different diameter holes on either side. Unfortunately, this didn't work out for me as it was very loose, so I cut the ends and drilled a hole for the long screw to achieve the right tension required for a good fit. That's it. Things to remember: 1) If you decide to nicely finish off the parts and paint them, please scale the models accordingly. There isn't tolerance for thick coats - the sliders will not work. 2) You need to make a Headband strap. I used Alcantara for mine. 3) Print Yoke in Nylon if possible; ABS requires patient assembly or else the top part will crack, depending on the drill size. 4) Attach the bolt for the side articulation before assembling it into the Sigma and tension according to your wish! That's all I can remember right now. I'll update if I remember something. Please don't sell these models for profit - I've invested time and money in getting them designed, and that's why I kept them free.
