Displayed at the Antike am Königsplatz in Munich, this exhibit showcases Bavaria's extensive collections of antiquities from Greece, Etruria, and Rome. The sculpture collection is housed in a separate facility, the Glyptothek, while artworks created within Bavaria are displayed in their own dedicated museum. A dedicated space also exists for Ancient Egypt's treasures. This object is part of "Scan The World," a non-profit initiative launched by MyMiniFactory to create a digital repository of fully 3D printable sculptures, artworks, and landmarks from around the world, available free to the public. Scan The World is an open-source community project; if you have interesting items nearby that you'd like to contribute, email stw@myminifactory.com to learn how you can participate.
