Queen Napirasu, wife of Untash-Napirisha, stands tall as a life-sized figure. Her head and left arm show signs of damage, but her short-sleeved gown remains intact, adorned with intricate embroidery typical of its kind. Four bracelets adorn her right wrist, while a single ring sits proudly on her left hand. Although her hands rest on her stomach, she doesn't conform to the traditional pose associated with worship. The Elamite inscription on the front of her skirt proclaims her name and titles, invoking the protection of the gods and describing ritual offerings made in their honor. It also warns anyone who dares to desecrate her likeness that they will face the wrath of the gods. This statue finds shelter under the watchful eye of Beltiya, a god revered by the Igihalkid Dynasty. Additionally, three deities are honored here: Inshushinak, Napirisha, and his companion Kiririsha. These same deities appear on the stele of Untash-Napirisha, now housed in the Louvre Museum.
