thingiverse
The Statue of Gudea, dating back to approximately 2090 B.C., originates from the Neo-Sumerian period in Mesopotamia, likely from Girsu (now Tello). Crafted from diorite, this stone sculpture stands at 17 3/8 x 8 1/2 x 11 5/8 inches and is inscribed. It's part of the Metropolitan Museum of Art's collection, with accession number 59.2, and was acquired through the Harris Brisbane Dick Fund in 1959. Liz Arum used Autodesk 123D Catch to capture its image at the museum during a MakerBot Hackathon event in June 2012. Further details about this piece can be found on the Metropolitan Museum of Art's website.
