Discovered in Athens, this figure sports a traditional chiton and himation, while grasping a ribbon tightly. Around her neck, she proudly displays two elegant necklaces. Although likely topped by a polos, her head is probably hidden beneath the draped himation. This stunning Caryatid statue was once part of a sanctuary dedicated to the god Sarapis, arriving alongside inv. no. 1642.
