Discovered in Athens. The statue features a figure clad in a peplos secured by fibulae and showcasing a prominent fold. Her himation dangles from her back and would have also covered her head, where she likely wore a polos. This Caryatid sculpture arrived at the museum alongside inv. no. 1641 from a temple dedicated to the Egyptian god Sarapis.
