Stator Generator
thingiverse
The following lines define a .scad file for creating a stator that supports copper windings in a DIY electric motor. The design involves seven key parameters. A central collar forms the base, which is essentially a thick washer made by subtracting one cylinder from another. Surrounding this collar are multiple poles, designed as "T" shapes composed of two rectangular prisms that are evenly spaced around the collar. To complete the stator, an encompassing large cylinder intersects with the central structure. This .scad file has been enhanced and clarified from its original form, which was r0gueSch0lar's 2013 design for a DIY electric motor stator.
