Video of it running on steam - https://youtu.be/fyDvwZURnQI Assembly guide - https://youtu.be/uFALHbv7AqU Working steam engine that is able to run on steam. Assembled with M3 screws. Two 608 bearings support the crankshaft. Two metal liners will need to be fabricated. The cylinder and valve will need a light sanding for a metal liner to be pressed in. To seal the valve liner against the cylinder I recommend liquid gasket or wrapping the liner in teflon tape. A 20mm O-ring goes on the piston and a 13-15mm O-ring x2 goes on the piston valve. Gaskets sandwiched between the cylinder and heads. Red parts are printed in pla 10% infill. Black parts are parts that are in contact with steam, they are printed abs 10% infill. The piston, piston valve and piston rod are printed with 100% infill to prevent warping from the heat. The eccentric rod, piston rod, crank and piston valve need to be printed with supports.
