I created a shelter for Train Sim World, a simulation game built on Unreal Engine 4. This prop is designed to sit on a station platform, which explains why there's no ground texture inside. It was made with modularity in mind, though - the door is standard size and uses its own material, making it easy to place on many other buildings in the game. The glass windows don't appear in the UVs because they use a separate pre-made glass shader in the engine. I modeled and baked high poly models using 3ds Max and Blender, then took them through Quixel Suite's standard PBR workflow.
