I created this prototype a while back for a client to test the actual aluminum part that will be produced.\r\nThis design is intended to fit a specific diameter, and I highly recommend modifying the Fusion 360 file directly to adapt it to other sizes since resizing it affects the connection gaps.\r\nAlternatively, you can simply resize it on the X and Y axes only.\r\nPrint part one 2 times and part two 4 times.\r\nFor more information on static mixers, refer to this wiki: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Static_mixer\r\nI've also included some photos of professional-grade metallic components for your reference.
