This 3D model was originally built using Sketchup 6 and then converted into every other major 3D format on the market. Its native file type is .skp, but when loaded into 3ds Max it's automatically translated into its corresponding scene layout, set up with 3ds Max 2016 software and rendered to stunning effect by Vray 3.00. Located at the very bottom of Manhattan is State Street, a thoroughfare marked by five structures in total: three towering skyscrapers and two modest low-rise buildings. Those high-rises are composed of one giant, a real behemoth that rises all the way up to 165m or 542 feet into the air, called 17 State Street; built in 1988 and known throughout for its unique curved facade designed by Emery Roth and Sons. A bit smaller is One Battery Park Plaza, constructed in 1971 and towering a total of 151 meters above ground level or about 495 feet - just enough to scrape the clouds and grab everyone's attention with that sleek, smooth shape! And if you want an even shorter look at this scene then check out One State Street Plaza; it goes all the way up to only 140m high or about 459 feet tall. There are also several other structures in this street including the beautiful James Watson House, which is home to Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton - a truly special individual because she was America's very first Saint ever! The house was designed by John McComb Jr back in 1793 and its now part of New York City landmarks too.
