Star Trek stands ready to hold 1/4 inch acrylic snugly within a 1/2 inch aluminum C-channel extrusion. To assemble each side, simply print two copies of the file and glue them together. The final touch is up to you - leave it bare or finish it to perfection. Required parts include: * 1/2 inch aluminum C-channel extrusion cut to precise length * 1/8 inch foam weather stripping applied carefully to the inner sides of the extrusion, where it will block light effectively * 12 volt LED strip cut to exact length * 12 volt power supply for efficient operation * Heat shrink tubing for secure connections
