I'm upgrading my Ryobi whippersnipper's starter handle since mine broke. I've attached two files, each featuring a different hole size: one with a 3mm hole suitable for smaller starter cords, and another with a 4mm hole ideal for larger ones. The parts were printed using a 0.4mm nozzle with a 0.2mm layer height at 200C for the first layer, then switching to 195C for the rest of the print. I hope this new handle meets your replacement needs.
