Starrett 25-281 Dial Indicator Holder for Ender 3

Mount for Starrett 25-281 (or any 57mm dial indicator with a 9.5mm stem diameter) for ender 3. To use, I start with a 0.1mm feeler gauge between my print nozzle and the front left bed corner. I then use the dial indicator to manually tram my other bed corners to that initial reference corner height to ensure I get a perfectly level bed every time. No more using paper.
