I've crafted an exact replica of my brother's Critical Role cosplay sword, specifically the hilt from the Starrazer. The three-layered foam blade measures a thick 10mm, with a sturdy 10mm rod serving as the tang in between. A precise hole for the blade measures 30mm by 52mm.
