Starlink Dishy flat mount with provisions for the Boondocker PSU, Raspberry Pi 4 as a wifi router, and a DC converter. Printable on a ~200x200 bed. 12dc powers the unit. Various instructions on the interweb on each of these items. What is unique here is my 4 piece mount. Glue the 4 pieced together. You can use this mount and an external DC 48v driver and just run the ethernet cable out of this unit, or put the electronics inside this unit and just put 12v to this. You can make what ever provisions you like for the mount like feet included here, or magnets, clips or what ever. LM2596 DC converter takes 12v to 5 to power RASPI on IO ports. 8 M6 heated inserts and screws to mount your flat dish to wherever 10 M3 screws for mounting the 3 PC boards to the lid 12 M3 heated inserts and screws for the lid to the mount .139" / 3.53mm nitril o-ring optional. Cut dishy to the vent holes. Print mount Fit mount and trim as necessary for any insert or screw clearance Glue 4 bodies together. I used 3M 5200 GLue mount to terminal. Also used 3m 5200 Install boards and power wires per manufacturer instructions Install RASPI 4 with wifi dongle supporting AP mode and configured as wifi repeater and SMA extension. Bulkhead fitting in mount to antenna just screws into the outside. Short RJ45 Ethernet from PSU to RASPI Or just run the Dishy cat terminal out of the unit and connect you your starlink router as seen in the video above.
