I needed an adapter to fit a Starlink Dishy to a 1 ¼" Wheatland Tube 10' rigid metal conduit pole (some reddit posts suggested this was a slip fit for the Dishy base, but it was too tight in my case). Lead time from SpaceX fore a pole adapter was 4 weeks at best, so FTIJPI.

I planted the pole female end up, with two 12" x ½" nail stakes through the pole in an X shape to keep it from turning, and 250lbs of Quikrete in 3 pours to secure it, using a Johnson magnetic angle finder to ensure the pole was plumb. I got a 6" 1 ¼" RMC nipple to design the adapter around from Menards, barcode in images, (SKU 54364) link here ( https://www.menards.com/main/electrical/conduit-conduit-fittings-raceways/conduit-fittings-supports/sigma-proconnex-trade-rigid-conduit-nipple/54364m/p-1444430923911.htm ). You could also plant the pole female end down and just mount the adapter to the male end, but I preferred doing the digging and cement pouring a week ahead of final assembly, as well as doing ⅔ of the drilling on a bench. Underground cable routing is through 1" schedule 80 PVC (schedule 40 will also work, but it was out of stock in my area) using 90 degree sweep joints, secured to the RMC pole with the final Quikrete pour and 11" cable ties.

Use the orientation in the STL (small end up) to ensure good M8 bolt hole bridging with the tear drops. If you cant find an 8mm drill bit, use a 5/16". 70mm 8mm bolts work well for all three holes. I recommend you use fender washers and lock nuts, stainless steel if possible.

I used TPU for UV resistance with 5 vertical perimeters at 0.3mm layer height and 0.6mm layer width out of a 0.4mm nozzle, and 40% gyroid infill, but ASA, ABS, or PC would probably work better.
