I attempted to remix the original but kept hitting a 404 roadblock. The same file can be accessed here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1173465. My only modification was repairing the file as it contained numerous flawed faces, which caused significant issues during printing. I've made this fixed version available to the public in hopes of preventing similar problems for others.
