Stargazer V1

Stargazer V1

I wanted an extruder with large drive gears, a compact body (nema14 pancake), low cost and something that was adaptable to mount. The Stargazer uses the Galileo extruder's internals which are based on the Orbiter V1 (links bellow). This extruder is still in development as I try to find a way to enclose the view port without removing it entirely. Any suggestions are appreciated.Unfortunately “Support on buildplate only” is required. I've included a picture of all part orientations.I needed to sand a shim down to get the filament path aligned so I've included a .6mm and 1mm option. I've also included “stargazer-body-tpu” without the filament view port as I'm not sure tpu won't make it's way out.All parts should be print with a .4 nozzle at  .2 layer height, 4 perimeters, 40% infill, 4 bottom, 5 top.Step files are included for the extruder parts only. Extruder config:rotation_distance: 34.37086     #Orbiter Gearsgear_ratio: 7.5:1    #Galileo Gear Ratiomicrosteps: 16full_steps_per_rotation: 200  #200 for 1.8 degree, 400 for 0.9 degree  Bom:Galileo internals kit (including nema14 pancake if needed) x1Push-fit ECAS coupler x1M3x25-socket/button x1M3x14-socket/button x1M3x20-socket/button x1M3x8-socket/button x4M3x8-button x1M3x5x4 Brass inserts (Voron spec) x5 (+2 for the Eva 2.4 mount)  https://github.com/JaredC01/Galileohttps://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4223085
