I used the dimensions from a 'hero' block drawn by cheech9898 on theRPF to correct the reversal issue with the other replicator block models available. I redrew the model myself to get it right. The images show prints made at 0.2mm resolution. Here are the print settings: Printer: Anet A8 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.05-0.2 Infill: 25%-50% Notes: I've been experimenting with different ways to print this model. When it's laid flat on the bed, there's a lot of sagging on the underside. But if you stand it up on its side or on end, it works really well as long as your overhang support settings are just right. If it's standing upright, using lower layer heights (0.05-0.1) makes for great results, and slowing down the print ensures that the edges of the engraving come out perfect. I've also tried splitting the model in half to print and then joining the halves together with a 0.5" section of 1.75mm filament glued into the channel. After clamping them together for a couple minutes, the result looks great - it almost looks like there's just one bad layer in the middle of the final model.
