Stargate Handle (used on my i3 enclosure)

Stargate Handle (used on my i3 enclosure)

I remixed wgtgibson's Stargate with symbols to create a unique handle for my 3D printer enclosure. This custom design measures 150mm wide and features strategically placed holes for M4 screws. To achieve the two-sided effect, I cut his original one-sided Stargate in half, duplicated the remaining half, and added precise holes for M4 screws about 7mm deep. When printing this intricate design, I positioned it standing upright on the build plate, resulting in a successful print despite requiring supports. Although these supports seemed unnecessary upon completion, they did contribute to a slight quality drop on the overhanging sections. The added bonus of installing this custom handle was the way the reflection from the acrylic created an illusion of a complete Stargate.
