Stargate DHD Inspired Centerpiece

The wedding centerpiece or Stargate prop that any nerd would be proud to display comes in the form of a freestanding unit with a center crystal on the DHD device, illuminated via two AA batteries. The illumination is provided by a color-changing RGB LED that can run for 5 days straight without showing any signs of degradation. This impressive feat was achieved using just two AA batteries and a single LED. The Stargate DHD is a unique piece created through 3D printing and powered by two AA batteries, utilizing a single LED for illumination. The unit's design is centered around accommodating user requests, specifically from a soon-to-be-married couple who wanted to incorporate the iconic Stargate as a centerpiece at their reception. The .stl files for printing the Stargate DHD can be found here and on www.guarnero.com, offering users the opportunity to create their own wedding centerpieces or Stargate props. The design incorporates elements from Techno35's work on thingiverse.com/thing:49627, with modifications made to accommodate a Lulzbot Mini printer. The complete .stl files include the dial, base, LED holder, and battery pack retainer. These files were printed using HIPS filament, allowing for any color filament to be used for painting purposes.
