Stargate Chevron Face for headset support

Stargate Chevron Face for headset support

This is a portion of a Stargate from the SG-1 series I created to serve as a "face" for my headset support. It features incredibly fine details and should be printed with a 0.2mm nozzle for optimal results. I didn't design this in any specific scale, nor did I divide the circle exactly - if you were to assemble nine of these together, it's unlikely they would form a complete Stargate. My approach was to take an SVG drawing of a Stargate and simplify it using Illustrator until Fusion 360 could handle it without crashing. I won't be posting my headset support design as it was tailored specifically for my window and wouldn't fit anywhere else. If you're interested in replicating this concept, note that the inner circle radius is 295mm, while the outer radius is 330mm. This means the gate section (excluding the chevron) would have a height of 17.5mm if printed at 100% scale.
