A 3D scan of a starfish shell collected in Croatia back in 1998 has been meticulously restored to showcase its pristine, flat bottom and seamless surface. The images used for photogrammetry were captured with an iPhone X, while the model was reconstructed using Meshroom, following a step-by-step guide found on prusaprinters.org.
