The skirt attaches seamlessly to the original vessel, enabling players to utilize the classic colored balls for movement as before. The key requirement is using a semi-flexible or flexible filament; PCTPE Nylon proved suitable initially, but any other flexible material will work effectively. The fit on the ship and boosters is extremely tight, necessitating precise printing. As a separate part, it allows easy removal and storage of ships in their original box without compromise.
