StarCraft II World Championship Trophy

StarCraft II World Championship Trophy

I created this based on several images and videos of the StarCraft II World Championship trophy. The process took me weeks to complete, and I'm proud of how it turned out. The model is divided into multiple parts, and I used 3D printed pins to ensure each part aligned correctly. To assemble the model, I applied superglue around the pins. Two options are provided for printing the pins - use the "Pin" file or switch to the "PinSmall" file if you encounter a tight fit. In addition to the pin files, I included the .stl file for the entire trophy as one piece. If you want to attempt a single-piece print with support material, feel free to try; however, be prepared for potential difficulties when removing support material. I printed all parts with a 0.12" layer thickness, which took approximately a week to complete. To speed up printing time, consider reducing the detail level. For larger prints, I employed tree supports on some parts. The gcode files contain my actual print settings; you can adjust the .stl files and experiment with different support materials. For the middle-sized trophy, no supports were necessary. The provided .stl and gcode files are for the largest trophy parts. To create a smaller version, I shrunk the model components and used tweezers to insert the pins. I adapted the zerg emblem from keyan3d's original design, which is linked as a remix. Please note that this is fan art; I am not affiliated with Blizzard or StarCraft.
