A 3D representation of a Starbucks Coffee Building is presented with brick construction featuring running bond and stack bond patterns. The dimensions are accurately scaled at 70'-0L x 29'-6W x 17'-8" H. Built in Revit and integrated into 3ds Max, certain elements were remodeled. Rendered using Vray with HDRI lighting (HDRI not included), the model is set at 0,0,0 axis and comprises grouped objects for convenient scene manipulation. The Starbucks sign color can be altered by modifying its material settings. Included are brick and concrete textures, with the sign designed in 3ds Max. Not all export formats may contain all objects due to high poly counts; the max file, however, retains all elements.
