Starbox Generator

Starbox Generator

In order to better grasp OpenSCAD, I took it upon myself to construct a small starbox creator. Utilize the SCAD file or Customizer to generate n-sided starburst containers. I've printed a few test samples (keep in mind, these were printed using natural PLA), and the parameters are outlined below in the Print Settings section.\nI've found that these boxes print extremely well at 0.2 mm layer height using PLA. The lids snap perfectly onto the boxes and remain secure if your printer is properly calibrated. I'm currently operating a Printrbot Simple Metal equipped with an E3D V6, which features a 0.4 mm nozzle. Typically, I opt to print with a wall thickness of 0.8 mm (two shells) and a bottom wall thickness of 1.0 mm.\nThis marks my inaugural upload, so please don't hesitate to provide feedback or suggest any improvements. Thank you for taking an interest in my work!\nPrint Settings\nRafts:\n None\n \n Supports: \n Disabled\n \n Resolution: \n Set at 0.2 mm\n \n Infill: \n At a density of 100%\n \n Notes: \n As a general rule, I print using a wall thickness of 0.8 mm and a bottom wall thickness of 1.0 mm. A combination of two shells and five solid layers yields a speedy and spotless finish.\nI've also uploaded the STL files used to print the starboxes showcased in my photographs. Box_1 stands out as my personal favorite among them.
