I updated the mirrored xs ship with two new variants that feature remixed style engines from serenity and unique cockpit configurations. The missing turret window lines were repaired on v2 & v3 but unfortunately, the middle cut section of the original mirrored full ship v1 remains incomplete. Additionally, I added turret guns to the original xs ship. Update: I successfully installed landing gear on the ships. For the original xs ship, print 3x rear gears and 2x front gears, while for the alternate xs ship, print 2x rear gears and 2x front gears with support. The guns for both ships are also complete and printed at 100% infill. Update: When printing the middle ship stl file for the original xs version, be sure to check the box to remove all holes in cura or merge all outlines in the advanced tab of s3d to avoid any issues. Update: After noticing that the bridge on the mirrored top of the xs ship was 2mm wider than the original xs, I re-split and ensured all dimensions were identical. The mirrored xs files have been replaced, and the top is being printed again with new pictures soon. Update: A unique version of the XS freighter has been added, featuring an unmodified design from swtor. This version is a one-sided mirror with added details to break up symmetry, making it my personal favorite. Printing is in progress, and pictures will be shared soon. Update: The ship's final touches have been completed after removing and adding some detail. It prints well, but the top still needs to be printed without support. Manual support was used for the middle and bottom sections. Comparing the size of the XS and the Falcon reveals that it may be slightly underscaled, but I'm okay with that. Update: After printing the top section, a few adjustments were made to make it printable. The top is being printed without support using s3d, and while it's mostly good, there are a few areas that need attention. Manual support will likely be needed for the middle and bottom sections. Pictures of the printed model will be shared soon. I remixed the swtor xs freighter with more detail and am currently working on printing the ship to determine the best cutting method. I'm also developing the landing gear and guns, which will be tested once the main ship is finalized. This is my first attempt at adding panels, and I think it turned out well. If any issues arise during printing, adjustments or removals may be necessary to make it easier to print. A cut version will be uploaded soon.
