Star Wars The Mandalorian - The Client scene sliding door - Remix
thingiverse
This is the sliding door from the Mandalorian show, from the scene when Din (The Mandalorian, Pedro Pascal) meets The Client (Werner Herzog) on Nevarro. The door is massive and could be used as a blast door. Makes a good addition to diorama and terrain. The original design, by Edson Pinto aka FigureWorks, require supports which I try to avoid whenever possible. The frame is reworked and made as 3 pieces, the sliding channel being complete. It require that you glue the parts together. Pay attention for the opening at the top, it should be facing the middle part as in my pictures. Be careful though not to glue the door. The door is cut in 2 pieces you need to glue them back to back, I printed it with bottom layers = 0 in order to be easier to glue the parts. It is in 1:12 scale as the original, to have it in 1:18 just scale by 66.7%. Optional - you can add lights on top of the door. This is why the cut in the frame is provided. Some LED strip or just a couple of LEDs will do. Original design is here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3992446 All my designs posted on Thingiverse are free and will always be. Tips are not necessary but are real fun :) If you print it please post it, I will enjoy to see it!
