Hello, I sell The Star Wars TCW Republic Commando Helmet (Gregor's Helmet from Season 5). It is wearable and scaled 1:1 to the show, fitting me perfectly at 186cm/88kg. This helmet comes in one .stl file, with separate parts for the earcaps and small round elements on the front. Simply glue these pieces into place through existing holes. If you struggle cutting the files to fit your printer, just let me know and I'll do it for you - I've already printed the files myself and am currently finishing this prop, with pictures of the completed helmet to follow.
