Print Settings: Prusa Mendel I3 Printer Rafts: Not needed Supports: Unnecessary Resolution: Opt for a layer height of 0.2 or 0.3mm. Infill: A 20% density is recommended. Notes: For the Empire design, it's best to stick with at least 0.2mm layer height. The Rebel Alliance logo will print well with both resolutions. Post-Printing Instructions: Give it some time to break in. It may be tight initially, but repeated use will loosen it up. If removal is an issue, use a screwdriver or push rod from the bottom hole while holding the case. A gentle force may be needed if it's extremely tight. After a few uses, it should fit smoothly.
