The Second Sister led the charge as an elite Inquisitor for the Galactic Empire under Darth Vader's command. She tracked down Padawan Cal Kestis at the beginning of the Empire's reign, relying on Purge Troopers to aid her in the pursuit. Joining her allies at the Inquisitorius Headquarters were The Grand Inquisitor, Fifth Brother, Seventh Sister, Eighth Brother, a skilled female Inquisitor, and a Twi'lek Inquisitor after their mission to capture Eeth Koth.
