This replica screen is incredibly similar to the Blastech SE-14R Blaster wielded by Death Troopers in Rogue One. The same blaster also appears in the hands of many Stormtroopers in other Star Wars movies, where reference photos from Rogue One were used for this rendition. The blaster originated as a recreation of an obscure sub-machine gun known as the Rexum Favor, which saw service during WW2. A Tasco scope was then attached to the top, its barrel and stock taken directly from the gun. This particular type of scope can be found in various discount stores for approximately $17, making 3D printing unnecessary. Notably, this blaster has also made an appearance in the original Alien film, leading some to speculate that the special effects team might have used a leftover Star Wars blaster. A free version of my design is available online, while this upgraded version has been successfully printed numerous times.
