Star Wars Rebels Ring Working Iris

I decided to give creating a working Rebels Ring a try, and much to my surprise I succeeded in making one. The first version is now available for viewing; improvements may be made later. You can check out the link to see it in action: https://youtu.be/XALuplfDSGU To assemble this ring, I had to carefully enlarge the holes by hand using a small screwdriver head and add some paperclip fragments to create the pins. I even trimmed the Iris fins with scissors to get them to fit snugly. You'll need a great deal of patience for this project.
