Star Wars Rebellion and Rise of the Empire expansion organizer. All perfectly packed inside the original game box to keep pieces secure. The leader box comes in two parts due to its size, requiring a sturdy glue to hold it together, just like the two dice boxes that also need CA-glue to assemble, which works wonderfully with PLA. Print two copies each of these for a complete set: Empire unit box, Rebel unit box, Leader box left side, Leader box right side, and Dice box. The three card boxes only require one piece each. To minimize plastic usage, I suggest printing at very low infill rates, as they are incredibly sturdy even with minimal material, likely around 5-10% would be sufficient. Game board, rules, and other components fit neatly on top.
