The Rebellion now holds a key chain of its own. Identify yourself as an Imperial supporter. Share your allegiance, print it out, and let the colors shine. Choose wisely, for the fate of the galaxy hangs in the balance. I am invigorated by the latest Rogue One trailer and have made up my mind to switch sides. This key chain is a substantial one, measuring approximately 100mm or nearly 4 inches in length. I am currently printing it using ABS material with a good grey finish and plan to resize it to around 65mm or 2.5 inches. Thank you for your interest! Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer Model: Replikat M5 (100% Argentine) Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.4mm nozzle / 0.2mm layer (0.1mm first layer) Infill: 100% Notes: I recommend avoiding warping by using a heated bed at 115°C. A soft layer of hairspray on your glass and printing at 30mm/s with a 0.4mm nozzle will yield excellent results. Use a normal layer height of 0.2mm, three bottom layers, three top layers, and 100% infill for optimal durability. Three outlines from inside out and a heated chamber at 40-50°C will ensure a successful print.
