Here are the settings for my customized version of this Thing: Customizer! http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=52305 Now that we have the options, let's dive into creating our fan blade. Fan Blade Instructions: You will need to set the following values using the settings tool: 1) Text Y Position = 0: Set this value by placing a number between 10 and 500 in the "textYPosition" box. 2) Outside Frame Thickness = 5: This is how thick the outer rim of your fan blade will be, and should be set to at least 3 to provide enough clearance for installation. 3) Fan Size In MM = 40: Enter a value between 20 and 200 in the "fanSizeInMM" box to determine the length of your fan blades. 4) CornerRadius = 5: You can change this number to whatever suits you, as it determines how sharp or rounded your fan blade tips will be. 5) Every Other Character Is Thicker = 1: If checked, every other character in your logo text will be made thicker for better visibility. These settings control the inner parts of the fan: 1) Vane Width = 1: This controls how wide each of the fan blades is, with a lower number meaning narrower and more angled blades. 2) Character Spacing = 25: You can adjust this to your liking by entering any whole number in this field - larger values will result in less spacing between characters. 3) Screw Hole Size = 4.5: Set this to whatever screw you have available - usually around 4mm or 0.16inches for screws with the size of the screws specified above. 4) Inner Thickness = 3: As you'd expect, enter a whole number here representing how thick you want the center core of your fan blades to be. Lastly, we have options that are not as commonly used but are nice-to-haves: 1) Logo Text = Fused3D: Choose from several custom font styles and sizes or select an image instead! 2) Logo Thickness = 1: This will change the thickness of all logo characters across the fan. 3) Text X Position = 0: Place any whole number here (10 through 500) for where your logo should start, with higher numbers starting to move left as well 4) Screw Hole Spacing From Outside = 12: The minimum spacing needed between screws when there are many at once to prevent excessive movement in one area 5) Size Of Outer Perimeter = 2: Sets the diameter around each screw that holds your blades together so they can all rotate smoothly together; enter anything up above this range (e.g., 20),
